REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Up Staged Designs – Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Up Staged Designs, we understand that plans can change. To provide clarity and maintain fairness to both our clients and our operations, we’ve outlined our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.

 

 

Cancellations

 

1. Cancellations 7+ Days Before Scheduled Staging

Cancellations made 7 or more calendar days prior to the scheduled staging date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable consultation fees (if applicable).

 

2. Cancellations 3–6 Days Before Staging

Cancellations made 3–6 days before staging will receive a 50% refund of the total staging fee. This accounts for time reserved, inventory allocation, and preparatory work already completed.

 

3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled staging date are non-refundable, as staging logistics, staffing, and transportation are already in motion at this point.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once a staging has been completed, all fees are non-refundable. This includes full and partial staging packages as well as any CAD layouts or space planning included with the service.

 

Refunds will not be issued due to:

 

  • Change of mind after staging

  • Buyer or agent preferences

  • Early sale of the home after staging is complete

 

 

Rescheduling

 

You may reschedule your staging date once with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a $150 rebooking fee.

 

 

Partial Services & Add-ons

 

Refunds for add-on services such as CAD layouts or accessory upgrades are not issued once design work has begun.

 

 

Inventory Hold Policy

 

Once a deposit is paid and staging is scheduled, selected inventory is held specifically for your property. If the project is canceled after inventory has been allocated, a restocking fee of 15% may apply.

 

 

Disputes & Exceptions

 

We strive for client satisfaction. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us in writing at [your email] within 5 business days of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually.
