Janelle has worked across a wide range of aesthetics, clients, and homes—from modern city dwellings to relaxed coastal retreats—giving her a deep understanding of how to make any space feel stylish, functional, and market-ready. With a strong eye for furniture layout, design balance, and visual flow, she approaches each staging project with both creative vision and strategic intent.

Janelle runs the business alongside her husband, Yuksel Balci. While Janelle leads the creative direction and handles all things design, Yuksel manages client relations, marketing, and the logistics behind the scenes. Together with their dedicated install crew, they form a seamless operation that’s rooted in efficiency, service, and care.

Her background allows her to tailor each home to appeal to today’s buyers, blending timeless design principles with on-trend touches that elevate a space without overwhelming it.
